Jack Mar - CEO

Jack has spent his entire career in the telecommunications industry. Following senior management roles with GTE and CT&S, Jack established GT Optical Cable, the first successful fiber-optic cable manufacturing company in China. In 1994, Jack sold GT Optical Cable and founded TELOS Technology Inc., a developer of mobile wireless networking products. After TELOS’ acquisition by UTStarcom, Jack served as the President of the Mobile Solutions Business Unit at UTStarcom until its spin-off in 2008.

Ron McLeod - Technology

Ron has 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Ron has broad experience and knowledge including product development, network management, satellites, wireless, mobile networks, value-added services platforms and VoIP networks. Ron has held technical and management positions in GTE, NovAtel, TELOS Technology and UTStarcom. At Star Solutions, Ron leads the design team in product architecture, technology solutions and roadmap.

Myles Lu - Marketing and Business Development

Myles has been working with customers in the telecommunications, enterprise storage and utility/energy markets throughout his career. He re-joined the Star Solutions team after supporting business development efforts with tier-1 vendors in the storage and telecommunications industry at PMC-Sierra. Previously at TELOS Technology, Myles led technical sales efforts at key carrier accounts including Sprint and Reliance. Myles has Bachelors of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Nataraj Sappany - International Sales and GM, India

Nataraj has worked almost 20 years in IT, Data Networking and Telecom industries, as well as in technical and sales engineering capacities with 3Com, CommWorks and UTStarcom. He was responsible for the design and implementation of large data and wireless infrastructure projects for tier-1 carriers. He currently leads sales efforts in Africa, Middle East and South East Asia and manages our operations in Mumbai.

An Bo - China Sales and GM, China

An Bo has been in the telecommunications industry for over 20 years. He has broad knowledge in mobile networks with hands-on technical and manufacturing experience as well as commercial activities. An Bo currently heads up all business development activities in the Greater China region and manages the assembly operation in Hangzhou.

Eddie Jin - System Architect

Eddie has over 20 years of software development and system architecture design in telecommunications products. He has held key system design functions at Nortel, TELOS Technology, and UTStarcom. At Star Solutions, Eddie is responsible for direction of system architecture and design for core network products.
